Rates per week (including linen) for rental of full house.

3 July - 4 September 2010	£1600 high summer (bank holidays by negotiation)
4 September - 29 October 2010	£1000 late summer (bank holidays by negotiation)
30 October 2010 - 29 April 2011	£875 winter (bank holidays by negotiation)
30 April - 27 May 2011	£1000 spring (bank holidays by negotiation)
28 May - 1 July 2011	£1100 early summer (bank holidays by negotiation)
2 July - 2 September 2011	£1500 high summer (bank holidays by negotiation)
3 September - 28 October 2011	£1100 late summer (bank holidays by negotiation)
29 October 2011 - 30 March 2012	£900 winter (bank holidays by negotiation)

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. €35 is included in the price for electricity; any excess will be deducted from the deposit. Central heating is not included.

Animals are welcome, subject to prior agreement with the property owners.
